Given the parking situation in Carolina Beach, the beachfront piece is key. Condition- Property is new and clean Manager- Property Manager was very responsive and inquired multiple times during our stay if we needed anything, and fixed a small problem very quickly Elevator- Great if you have mobility impaired family members or don't want to schlep stuff up the stairs Rooftop deck- Great views, fire pit for smores, nice furniture, even a hose Little touches- Well equipped kitchen, high quality ping-pong table, free Keurig, beach stuff onsite- you can tell they went out of their way to think of the details, and did a good job Bathrooms, Living Area- really nicely done The Good Parts- Bedrooms- they're smaller than they look in the pics, but adequate. Each one has a closet, to comfortably live you have to unpack, but was not a problem for us. Also, the mattress was maybe a B versus overall A quality Parking- 4 spots, but one driveway so you have to figure out who's leaving when The Small Gripe- the kids room (with the bunk beds) has a ~1/2 by 4 foot peek-a-boo window facing the beach without covering. You might think- awesome, even the kids have a beach view. But, since it faces the beach, it faces- you guessed it- east, so at 6:30AM sunrise the kid's room starts getting bathed in light. It wasn't a big deal, but we had a few earlier mornings than we wanted to. Overall though, very impressed with the property and would definitely want to stay again." (5/5)
