The chopping block is splintered, can opener does not work, the water filter needs to be replaced in the fridge & the water barely comes out of the fridge on the door. The A/C went out while we there & it appeared the unit has not been serviced in a couple of years. It was taken care of very quickly but only because AJ called someone he knew. The first call he made asked if we could wait until the next day. AJ was great & very friendly! The remote for the main TV worked off & on. Someone came to deliver a new dryer unannounced so cars had to be moved & people taken off the beach to do so. A1 was great at response time but felt like these things could have been avoided. The porch is outstanding with lots of chairs and a pleasant outdoor shower to get the sand off when you finish s inning. The only thing missing is a sleeping hammock!
